Well, J.T. Lewis has done it again!!! Hold onto your seat for the read of your life. This book made me lose sleep, I simply had trouble putting it down! His other books are really good, and if you haven't read them yet, I suggest you do that as soon as you can, but this one is his best to date. I like suspenseful mysteries with a touch of supernatural in them, and he does it so well. You have to concentrate (hours fly by) as you keep up with the plots (there are more than one) and they all tie in together as the story evolves. Never think you can guess the ending, or even what's going to happen next, because you simply will be amazed at how he turns an outcome that seems to be a drawn conclusion, into a completely different pattern! Job well done, J.T. Lewis!! Now, where's our next one?? I can't wait!
I have not finished this yet, but after a leisurely start, the team moves quickly as we get to know them better. The usual errors have not detracted from my enjoyment, which is high praise from me.
If not for one glaring error in a villain's description, this title would approach a 5 rating. Man knows how to tell a good tale. I will shars my final impressions upon completion.
Murmansk was AMAZING!!! A definite must read! It jumps straight into the action and keeps you guessing till the very end with non-stop action and adventure. New characters are added that are hard to define and leave you wondering who's side they're on. There also continues to be a hint of magic that weaves its way through the story in a way that enhances the characters, but still leaves them believable. And the end, argh, I can't wait for the next book! JT Lewis and his Gabriel Celtic series, is something to be excited about!
Edge of your seat page turner. I hated for the book to end. Absolutely love this series.
I've read all of the Gabriel Celtic books and not one of them let me down, as far as being an entertaining read. They are all a bit 'out there'--feats accomplished that only miracles could enable but despite the 'unreal', they are pure entertainment. The characters are sell described and all are engaging.
Awesome ... Just awesome. Everything is put together so well..the way the story unfolds and the gut wrenching emotions of the final outcome...WOW
Really had me from the first chapter to the last. New characters introduced with lots of action and intrigue. Only bad editing such as processing instead of possessing, brood instead of blood and constantly calling a magazine for the pistol CLIPS. other than those distractions, a GREAT read.
